The factory is equipped with shot blaster, Automats, lathe, drilling and screwing compound machine and polishing machine. So we also offer after forging debarring, short blasting - polishing &machining as per Customer specification. We offer Brass Forging and Stamping on our Power Presses, mechanical presses, Hand presses which can Forge Brass Articles up to 150mm in Diameter.

The forging process can create parts that are stronger than those manufactured by any other metalworking process. This is why forgings are almost always used where reliability and human safety are critical. Brass hot forging and cold forging can help produce articles with uneven shapes which are not possible to machine or mill on normal lathes.
